How to setup your camera?

If you are planing to create ICC profiles for images of your digital camera you have to take care, that the camera is under your control!

This sounds funny for a moment, but if anything else but you controls the process, you will never get reliable results - neither without nor with colormanagement.

How to take a Reference Shot of a ColorChart

The image file of the ColorChart is the basis for your profile. A wrong camera setting, software setting, exposure or simply reflections should result in a profile that does not render your images correctly.

Where to download the reference file for your ColorChart?

Go to the download section for the reference files in the «Online Profiler Format». Reference files in the «Online Profiler Format» will have the extension «.fld».
